Is there a homebrew option for playing PS2 games on PS3s that don't have official BC support?
I understand there's a download on PSN for activating the PS2 emulation in PS3s that had BC but didn't use the hardware emulation. Unfortunately, I do not have such a model. But I was thinking... I wouldn't mind keeping my PS2 around if I could kind of push it out of sight and only use it for spinning the disc. I want to be able to play my PS2 games all legally purchased I have a ton of them ON the PS2, but THROUGH the PS3. That way I can use my wireless controllers and won't have to swap the ethernet cable back and forth whenever I get online. Also, wired controllers really suck in the 21st century. I know I could buy wireless controllers for my PS2, but between 360, PS3, and Wii, I already have like 12 wireless controllers lying around and I'm always picking up the wrong one. The reason I think this may be possible is someone said you can create a PS2 system profile on a PS3, even if it doesn't have BC. I thought maybe Sony was leaving the option open in the future for a firmware update or something, but now they probably won't do that. So I know the PS3 can't physically read a PS2 disc, but you can't tell me this $400 system can't handle the last generation's graphics.
Xbox 360 game issues?
My parents have given me cod mw2 for Christmas and i have been playing with Xbox for ages. today i was playing on Xbox live then i quit the game to watch TV. an hour or so later i wanted to play cod but when i turned the Xbox on it will not play the disc.i have had this xbox for around 3 years ago and it was working perfectly until today. my cod mw2 disc has a crack but i have tried other games and they have not worked either. is there any way to fix it without replacing it?MY Xbox has just experienced the 3 rings of death. i bought a year subscription for my account recently and can i still use that account so i dont have to buy a new subscription?
Xbox 360 Game Dll Error?
I am currently trying to boot up my Bc2 and It gives Me a game Dll error everytime. I don't understand this because I was just playing an hour ago before the Servers went down. Now they are back up and I can't even play the game. I've tried cleaning it, but the disk looks clean and i have barely taken it out since I bought it a week ago. It's not the Disk reader either because it runs other games.
My xbox 360 game disks are scratched?
So far two of my games have gotten scratched with a circle, like a perfect circle scratch around the disk and i cant play because its unreadable, so i clean it and it doesnt work. I dont really know what im doing wrong, i put them safely away but sometimes i just eject the game. I dont really remember. I dont want any more of my games scratched, so what can i do to make sure they dont get a circle scratch anymore? Should i just quit to main menu then exit to the dashboard? These are two brand new games and ive had xbox for a really long time and my other disks havent gotten a circle as a scratch Idk whats wrong

i don't know how old it was. but i played it in the early early 90's. it was my dads game so idk how old it was. I THINK it was on a system that used cards as games.. like the turbografx.. not cartridges or discs.. but i might be wrong. the only thing i remember of the game was you were under water and there were a lot of bubbles and you had to climb up the bubbles till you got to a beach. and once there all i remember was hopping across trees maybe? and coconuts? i don't know. i know its very vague but thats all i can remember. i've been trying to think of this game for years please help i checked out the list of turbo grafx games and i recognized none. but i DEFINITELY recognize treasure island dizzy. i used to always play that game as well and i used to own that as well. i completely forgot about that one. so it was probably on the same system
